We assess a client’s indebtedness, act on emergencies and tailor options that best supports their individual needs via a multi-channel service, such as telephone advice, web-chat, self-help, with face to face for the most vulnerable clients, for example low income households, people with dependent children, those who experience mental ill health or domestic violence.
We support clients where English is not their first language. We deal with priority debts such as: Court fines and CCJ’s, Council Tax arrears, Bailiff Enforcement, Mortgage and Rent arrears, Benefit Overpayments, Hire Purchase, TV licence and Energy debts.
Non-priority debts include: Unsecured Loans, Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Payday loans and Catalogues. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
