Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

Bharti & Sam attended the Telford Town Centre on the 1st February. Telford & Wrekin Citizens advice was very well received by those visiting the town centre, with many happy to see ourselves back out there in the community.

We covered a variety of issues from many clients, ranging from benefits advice, pension enquiries, fraud & scam issues and many more issues. It became a gateway to advice for many as they were registered by Bharti on the day and will go on to receive full advice to help them with their issues.

I would like to personally thank Beci from Telford Town Centre for allowing us to use their facilities as a gateway to people who may have otherwise never reached out to us.
