We’re an independent charity that provides free, confidential, independent and impartial help on a range of issues.
Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin formed from the merger of three smaller bureaux in 1999. We are managed by a Board of Trustees and are members of the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureau.
Our service is delivered by a mixture of volunteers and paid staff who undergo extensive training in order to make your visit to us as successful as possible.

Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin holds the Advice Quality Standard. They have demonstrated that they are easily accessible, effectively managed and employ staff with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of their clients.
Our office is located at 40 Tan Bank, Wellington, Telford which is where most of our staff and volunteers are based. This is home to the Advice Centre which has been developed to be a one-stop-shop for information and advice. Further information about our opening hours and Outreach centres is available here.
