Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

We recently visited the Evergreen Family Hub in Dawley, where we assisted parents and carers with various concerns, including pension queries and directing them to Pension Wise. We also provided information about our BabySteps Project and its benefits, addressed benefit inquiries, and answered energy-related questions. Additionally, we distributed leaflets and temperature gauges.

We also had the opportunity to schedule full face-to-face appointments with clients for the near future. Thanks to the family hubs for organizing a fantastic event; we look forward to participating in more events in the future.
