Scam events September

Over the course of September we attended 7 events across Telford & Wrekin supporting Telford & Wrekin Councils scam awareness events. The events were attended by HSBC & Barclays banks, who discussed with those in attendance the most common scams, what to look out for and how scammers may approach you through different forms of communications.

Whilst at the events we provided leaflets and information regarding scams and how to stay aware, energy leaflets and information. We also spoke to members of the public regarding many different issues including personal pensions and workplace pensions. Whilst at the events we also handed out lightbulbs to members of the local community.

We’d like to thank Telford & Wrekin Council for inviting us to attend the events and look forward to attending more in the future.
