Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

Telford College Event

On the 21st September we attended Telford Colleges Adult Freshers Fayre Evening. Whilst at the event we discussed benefit entitlement, who to contact regarding work in the local area, energy related questions and many more questions. We were able to signpost clients to different services and with 2 advisers on hand, advice was also given on the evening, with 3 clients booked in for future appointments. We also spoke with universities in attendance to discuss our service and how we can support students with issues.
