On 12th January we were pleased to welcome an enforcement officer from Telford & Wrekin Council {T&WC} and enforcement agent (aka Bailiffs) from Marston Holdings you explained the council tax recovery processes, all the way to enforcement for council tax arrears. The event was a great success and provided additional guidance and information to assist our clients with council tax worries. The main message is to get in touch as soon as possible as delays can reduce the options available to you and subsequently increase your debt. If your debt has already gone to enforcement, you have the option of contacting Marston via their App so you can manage your account online.
