Financial Wellbeing Event at Ricoh.

Citizens Advice were privileged to be asked to attend a marketplace stall event at Ricoh on the afternoon and evening of 8th November and the morning of 9th November. The event was organised to support their staff with any questions they may have around the cost-of-living crisis.

Citizens Advice presence was well received by the employees and in addition to advising employees on maximising their income, energy, the cost-of-living payments and carbon monoxide monitors, we also provided assistance on many other subject areas including Immigration; housing; power of attorney; benefit entitlement; third party enquiries. In addition, a representative from Telford & Wrekin Council Tax department was also on hand to support employees and answer any questions they may have around council tax.   

Ricoh partners also included tip and tricks on saving money by using what’s already in your kitchen and a mince pie tasting session - what’s not to like :-)
