Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin

We attended Telford Town Centre again to provide a signposting service to those in the local community. On the day we signposted/gave information to over 30 members of the local community, with the main issues relating to energy, housing and debt. Whilst in attendance, for those who had questions relating to energy, we were able to provide free lightbulbs to help them to improve their energy efficiency at home. We were also providing the new address to those who requested it following the recent move to our new office.

This day allowed us to reach more people in the local community who may not access the service otherwise.
